Employment Meeting Letter

Dear Khalid

I have thoroughly and religiously followed your career through your blog and the articles you write and the articles that are written about you. I really appreciate the kind of dedication and enthusiasm you have for the NGO- Smiles of Innocence. You have helped millions of orphans and shaped their lives to bright and extraordinary one by such zeal and selflessness.

The recent reform that your team has undertaken to educate and give shelter to orphans throughout the country is indeed commendable.

I have had the privilege to work as social worker and have been associated with many non-profit organizations where I have contributed to the welfare of the society. I am currently associated with Joys of freedom and I work as a volunteer and conduct workshops for school teachers of rural areas. I also work for the development of rural women and we conduct camps for their awareness.

I would like to take an opportunity to visit your office and have a meeting with you so that I can get your insight on where my skills and abilities could be of greatest value to this field.

I will call your office to set a convenient time and I look forward to meeting you.

Employment Final Warning Letter

John Weavers

Customer Care

Subject- Final Warning.

On September 15th, 2012, you failed to report to office on time and no communication whatsoever was served as to your absence. Upon being called, you spoke rudely to me and failed to give a valid justification and reason for the same. Your conduct was unprofessional and unacceptable as you were informed about the No call no show being a critical metric for this job.

Also, you have been careless in your performance and you have been counseled time and again to work upon certain areas of opportunity as per the audits and you still continue to repeat those errors.

Your performance is not at the accepted level. In addition, an incident which occurred recently on September 11, 2012, you raised your voice, used profanity and misbehaved in the meeting with your supervisor and manager.  This is a matter of high severity and your conduct with your team members is also in question.

Due to this continued inappropriate behavior and flawed performance and we are issuing this final warning letter to you. If you fail to improve your behavior and performance, your employment with the Company will be terminated.

To Whomsoever It May Concern

This is to certify that Ms. Martin was employed with our organization Louisiana and Co. Ltd. from June 7th, 2006 to September 8th, 2012 as a Sales Executive for a period of 6 years.

Her responsibilities included working on target for Sales, making presentations for clients, Delivering Seminars, Employee Relation, Attendance Management and taking training sessions for new recruits. She also provided quotes and organized payments. She has a great exposure in these areas and has excellent skills in customer handling.

She has been a dedicated employee and is motivated, has the zeal to learn new things and has a keen interest in the new developments taking place around her. She is a committed team player and is a hardworking individual, and is a motivation for other employees as well. During her tenure with us, we have found her very productive and a go getter and handled her responsibilities very well. Her customer base grew by 45% in the 6 years that she has worked with us and was able to come up with new approaches to achieve her targets.

I can definitely recommend her for a Sales position and she will be an asset to any organization.
