I would like to apologize to you for the disrespectful manner of my son who is a patient of yours. I found out that he shouted at you and even threw some food at you during his last check-up. I have already talked to him about the incident and he is sorry for what he has done. He has been in a foul mood lately because of the splitting headaches that he has been having. He is generally a happy and friendly boy but his health problems are affecting his mood negatively. He promises to behave better during the next visits.
I hope my son’s behavior did not affect you in any way. I thank you so much for bearing with him and helping him recover from his sickness.
