Quality Clothes

Dear staff,

I would like to convey my most heartfelt apologies to you for my brazen words and actions during our recent staff meeting.  I was very much out of order and what I did is unacceptable in the company.  As your team leader, I know that I should be the most diligent follower of company rules and ethics and that I should set a good example for everyone.  My actions are entirely the opposite of what is expected of me and I am very sorry.

I have already been reprimanded by the company president and I have been given the necessary punishment for what I did.  I personally want to apologize through this letter aside from verbally saying sorry to you all.  I hope this will restore your trust and respect for me.

Thank you.

Sincerely,

Mr. Ranjan Kartikeya
