Our objective is to provide the highest level of quality care  and treatment as quickly as possible. We provide the care based on the needs of all patients who are present. We regret that your visit to the emergency department coincided with one of these rare situations and we are unable to meet our promise of having you seen by a physician with in 30 minutes. As a token of our appreciation for the fact that you were inconvenience, we will continue to provide our 30 minute guarantee and expect to be able to meet it nearly all of the time.
