Dear Sir/Madam,
I had made an application to your company for the insurance of my hospital in the last month. I stunned when I heard that my application for the insurance of my hospital has been rejected by you. I did not expect that you my application would be rejected.
However, I would like to appeal you to reconsider your decision of rejection my application for the insurance. I have submitted duly filled form of application to your company. I have also submitted various documents along with my application which is required for the insurance of my hospital.
I am yet confused about the reason because of which my application has been rejected. I hope that the reconsideration of my application may change your mind of rejection.
