As my contract with you ends this month, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the wonderful stay I have had in the apartment I have rented from you for two years.

I will be graduating next month and will no longer be renewing my contract with you so I want to take this opportunity to tell you how much I appreciate the services of your apartment.  The apartment is very cozy and complete with the basic necessities of a home.  The utilities are all in good condition and I never encountered any problem with the water, electricity, and heating utilities.  Your repair man was also always easy to call when needed for minor repairs.  I do hope your rental business will continue to flourish and you will be able to provide a cozy place to stay for more people.
