Dear Emma,
This is Draco on other side. Emma, there has been something which both of us have witnessed for quite some time and both of us have been reluctant to acknowledge it. This letter has come into effect to do exactly the same. Once you told me that our relationship completes both of us and today we have reached a state where this relationship itself seems to be hollow. We have been making many efforts to make this relationship survive.
But, relationships never survive; they prosper like the friendship and care between both of us. Hence, there is no sense in taking anything else forward but our friendship. Let the friendship between us be prosperous and every other stagnant relationship be withered away with the passing time. Let us remember each other as good friends for life long rather than reach a point where we would begin to hate each other for everything.
