SUB: Regarding the cancellation of hotel room reservation dated 15th Sep 2012

Dear Mr. Bogard,

I Mr. Roger Bonnecaze  want to inform you that I have made a prior reservation at your prestigious hotel for a double bed AC room for two days and three nights. As per my plan, I would have arrived at your hotel on  the 15th of September 2012.  But, now the problem is that our company has arranged a training seminar overseas, which was actually not in the notice board while I made my reservation.

Therefore, I would like to formally cancel the booking at your hotel because I would have to travel overseas to attend the seminar. I regret having to cancel my reservation. So, I request you to please take the necessary steps towards the cancellation of my reservation and to take the required steps so that I can get back the refund of money in accordance with the rules and regulations of your hotel.

Thank you in anticipation of your cooperation and I apologize for any inconveniences that I may have caused to you.
