I with this letter would like to inform you that I am cancelling your order with us for the software installation in your office. You had made order in the month of May, 2011.
There are various reasons that caused such cancellation of the software installation. We have analyzed the network of your office and found that there are not suitable operating systems, hardware and so on to run our software.
We regret such cancellation of the order but we had no other alternative against this. I would refund your advance payment soon. We hope that you would understand our need and will easily comply with this.
