RE: Complaint for Delay in Delivery – Product Order No. C3579735

Respected Mr. Michael Griffiths

I am writing this complaint letter to inform your company about the delay of delivery of my ordered product Reebok Shoes which I ordered online from your company website on Aug 21st, 2012. I was quoted by your company representative on telephone that the ordered product will be delivered by Aug 24th, 2012 but today even Aug 31st, 2012 has passed outbut neither have I got my order nor any explanatory letter or call from your company’s side regarding the reason for delay.I have even paid the product purchase money online by my credit card and have got the online receipt number.

I am writing this letter as a final reminder from my side and hope you will take some quick action about this matter and deliver my ordered product within 7 days of the receiving of this delay complaint letter else you can consider my order cancelled and I will have to take some legal action to get my fully refunded money along with a harassment compensation.
