Greetings from Fish King Hospitality Team!

We sincerely apologize for the grave misbehavior from one of our Bangalore International airport staffs. Also, we honestly thank you for bringing the misconduct by Fish King Staff immediately to our notice. As per our vision, we aim to treat our passengers as our personal guests. Any ill treatments are straight forward taken care of and not tolerated by any terms.

Though not mentioned in your complaint, she had been figured out by a staff survey and effective steps have been taken to settle down the matter at the earliest.

Being one of our highly esteemed flyers, we would look forward to your regular trips with Fish King Airlines as before. Any inconveniences caused are keenly regretted.
