RE: Poor Vehicle Service Complaint Letter – Order No. M 456 B

Respected Mr. James Mathew

Being a 15 years old customer of your agency, I am feeling very bad while writing this complaint letter regarding the poor services of your products now. I purchased a FGH Model car from your ABC Car Service on Aug 12th, 2012. This is my fourth car from your dealership but this time I think whether luck has run out or quality of your cars has gone down. Your dealership is famous for your product’s service and a warm hospitality since last 30 years but this time I am hugely disappointed.

I had attached the documents regarding the problems I am facing with this car and also the documents regarding my car purchase. There is one more problem which I faced. I was treated badly and rudely by your employees when I attempted to resolve the problem.

I want to have a replacement as early as possible because I am going through quite very financial expenses, personal distress and emotional hardships. So take a quick action as early as possible.
