Subject: BSNL Broadband Service (Complaint booking)

On 20 June 2010, I have been connected to your broadband service with username: Sakshibsn with a 750 combo plan of speed 256 kbps at 102, Rathore Enclave, Ramanthapur. I have paid the annual amount of 9000 INR.


Unfortunately, your service was inadequate because I am not able to access internet during day and only get the service between 11 PM to morning 8 am. I am disappointed with you service as I have paid for 24 hours internet access and I am facing such kind of poor performance. I can understand that the technical issue may be rather cumbersome but for these many days it’s a shame upon a huge company of yours.

To resolve the problem I would appreciate either repair of problem or please return the money back.       I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until 7th Aug 2010 before seeking help from a consumer protection.
