Employment Final Warning Letter

Subject- Final Warning.

On September 15th, 2012, you failed to report to office on time and no communication whatsoever was served as to your absence. Upon being called, you spoke rudely to me and failed to give a valid justification and reason for the same. Your conduct was unprofessional and unacceptable as you were informed about the No call no show being a critical metric for this job.


Also, you have been careless in your performance and you have been counseled time and again to work upon certain areas of opportunity as per the audits and you still continue to repeat those errors.

Your performance is not at the accepted level. In addition, an incident which occurred recently on September 11, 2012, you raised your voice, used profanity and misbehaved in the meeting with your supervisor and manager.  This is a matter of high severity and your conduct with your team members is also in question.

Due to this continued inappropriate behavior and flawed performance and we are issuing this final warning letter to you. If you fail to improve your behavior and performance, your employment with the Company will be terminated.
