Dear Mr. Dorian:

We are yet to receive any response from you regarding our letter stating your dues dated 25. 08. 2012. This is to bring to your notice once again that your current outstanding bill for the period July to August from 02.07.12 to 02.08.12 is £ 90.45. You are now 35 days overdue and hence have been charged £1 per day as fine for late payment, so your total bill stands as £ 125.45.

We know you are one of our longstanding customers and so we would like to provide you with our assistance in every way possible. You have a good credit score over the years and our long association with you has been quite satisfying.

Therefore in case of any inconvenience that has amounted to this non-payment we would like you to report to us with immediate effect. However failure to do so will force us to warrant a bad credit rating and terminate your services. Hence in order to avoid any such unpleasant issues, it is recommended that you reply as early as possible.

Thanking you,

Sincerely

Regina Weisz
