The staff,

Protext  Inc.,

California State,

USA.

Dear Members of the Staff,

This is to inform you that the company has promoted me to the position of General Manager from Assistant General Manager and I have been transferred to our Florida state branch.

Working with you people was always fun. You have given me due respect and cooperation at every point of time.  You have obliged all the terms and rules of the company strictly. You have made my stay comfortable during my tenure. You have been approaching me in a friendly way, so as to bring more coordination in our work. I will really miss the work culture.

Without the staff cooperation I would not have achieved this promotion. I take this privilege to thank one and all, for indirectly playing a part in my success. In gratitude towards your service here is a small gift pack for each one of you in my memory. Wishing you all the best in the years coming ahead.

Thanking you.

Yours truly,

Neil Stephen.
