Mr. Ben Hofman,

Managing Director,

Romed Technologies, Kentucky

Thanks giving and bidding good-bye

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to bring to your kind notice that I am retiring from the services of this organization by the end of this month. This is the 22nd year of my service in this organization and I had the major part of my career as well as life, invested here. Indeed I feel very proud when I look back at the past 22 years.

I had the opportunity to participate in many activities that were significant in the history of this organization. Our organization has achieved tremendous growth in all these years and I am proud to be one among the staff who worked with dedication and determination to achieve our common goals.

I take this opportunity to register my heartfelt gratitude to the management for the valuable guidance I received during the tenure of my service. I enjoyed my career throughout in this organization and I never experienced dearth of facilities or encouragement. I can say that the management never failed to recognize and reward hard work.

I am also grateful to all my colleagues in the organization for their co-operation and assistance I received while carrying out my duties. Permit me to convey my sincere good wishes to all of them. I am confident that this organization will continue to make greater achievements under your able leadership.

With warm personal regards,

Antony Frieder
