Dear Mr. Malik,

I would like to apologize for the improper conduct of our delivery man as you have stated in the complaint letter you sent us.  The person who delivered the goods you ordered is new at our company and it is sad that he has been involved in such an incident this early.  He has undergone the necessary training and has been thoroughly briefed about company ethics so his conduct is unexcusable.  Rest assured that he has been reprimanded and will be given the necessary penalty for his conduct.  I also assure you that this conduct is unacceptable in the company and this is the first event that has involved one of our delivery men.  Please accept our apologies.  I hope this would not mar your loyalty to our company and you will continue being one of our regular customers.
