Dear Mr. Taneja:
I am writing this letter to follow up on the conversation we had last Friday (14.09.2012) about my problem with the Set-Top Box of the new Tata Sky DTH service that I recently bought. I had high hopes from the service and regret to inform you that I am not at all satisfied with it. Unfortunately the Set-Top Box refuses to function at times leading to a blue screen on my television display.
I already went through an elaborate troubleshooting process in accordance with the telephonic directions of the Tata Sky customer executive but to no avail. I have attached the following in this letter- the complaint number and documents connected with the complaint registration.
I hereby request you to take prompt and necessary action whatsoever you consider will be most effective. Please confirm within 3 days that my problem will be solved. Failure to do so will compel me to approach the consumer rights agencies for an adequate redressal. I look forward to your valued assistance.
