Dear Mr. Thomas,

I am writing to you in response to your letter dated 15th September. It is really unfortunate that you faced problem with your new washing machine. Our service representative will come and solve the problem. I understand the kind of trauma you must have under gone. Usually problems don’t arise from new machines.


I am really surprised to hear the kind of problems you faced with the new machine. All machines pass through rigorous quality tests. Then only they are allowed to be packed and distributed.

As you say that the machine makes thundering noise while it is rinsing, it looks like there is a problem with the drum of the machine. In order to rectify this defect, the drum has to be replaced. We assure you from the company side that if it cannot be rectified, we shall replace it by a new machine. This problem occurs one in a million pieces and it is really sad that you had to face the problem.

I shall treat your case on a high priority and send our company representative at the earliest. He will scrutinize the machine and shall do the needful.
