Re : Letter of appointment

This is with regards to the interview you attended on September 15, 2012 for the post of ‘Stores Manager’. We are glad to inform you that you have been selected for the job. In this respect you will have to join duty on the October 1, 2012.


Terms and conditions are as follows

1.         As part of the contract agreement you will find the duties and responsibilities and you are requested to adhere by it.

2.         Hours of work include normal working hours and you are considered as a full time employee with 8 hours of work a day

3.         Remuneration will be as discussed.

4.         You will be required to give a notice of three months before you decide to leave the job.

5.         Terms of agreement are subject to change and information will be given in advance.

Kindly sign the copy of this letter that is attached along with the original as a formal acceptance of appointment.
