I ordered online through your website a CuisinArt Power Edge Blender Model CBT-1000 on (date). It was delivered to my residence on (date).

I was excited to use the kitchen blender and immediately took it off from the package box. I followed the instructions given in the user manual on first time use but to my dismay the blender was not working. I called your Customer Hotline on the same day that the blender was delivered and they promised to replace it with a new unit. It’s been a month now and no new unit has been delivered.
