I am writing to present a grievance relative to a decrease in my pay following a staffing review.

The just concluded staffing review resulted to a miss opportunity for me to be assigned to a post to which I am previously assigned for the last (number) years resulting to loss of pay compared to my previous management pay and allowance. Prior to the recent staffing review, I was an Assistant Operations Manager.

I believe that the review committee has unlawfully discriminated against me on grounds of being too accommodating to subordinates.

I am drawing this matter to your attention to ask for a grievance meeting where I could present facts for my cause and be accompanied by a labor union representative of my choice.

I look forward to an immediate response to my grievance and request.
