Dear Sir,

I am student of your college pursuing my diploma in Law. I am in the second semester. Owing to the present situation in the family I am forced to share my woes with you.

My father passed away last month on 2nd January this year, and everyone in the family is slowly trying to come to terms with the loss. My mother is a school teacher and I have a younger sister who is studying in school. There are several issues my mother has to deal with including to take care of the monthly bills.

We have a loan installment on our house that needs to be repaid. It has not been possible with her salary to take care of all the financial issues.

In the current situation, I request to give me a fee waiver for this academic year as my mother is not in a position to pay my tuition fee. I shall be really grateful to you if you can also consider my case for grant of a scholarship in some of the foundations offering them in our college.

You will be really helping a family in need. I am confident of hearing a positive response from you.

Anticipating your reply,

With Regards

Roger
