Respected Mr. Brown

Subject: To inform you about my resignation from the job

Sir, with extreme respect and sincerity I wish to inform you about the fact that I wish to resign from the job position of Junior Mechanical engineer from the company Timothy group. I have taken this decision after a lot of thinking. I would like to convey to you that this decision is completely mine and is taken due to a few personal reasons under no pressure.

I have had a great experience working for this company for the last 3 years and learnt a lot from fellow engineers and department head Mr. Bill White. I wish to leave this job within one month as I need to move out of the city, so please grant me the permission for the same.

Thanking you

Yours faithfully

Mark Hudson
