Dear Smith,


On 21st Apr 2010, I bought a laptop with serial no. 1088270 from your store.  The performance of the gadget was not satisfactory as the display was not functioning well and it took much time for charging. I returned the product on 27th Feb 2010 and your customer service representative promised to replace the product within 1 week but I have not yet received my laptop or any satisfactory reply.

It has been 3 months and still I have not got any response from your company. It is my humble request to you, to look in the issue personally and replace the gadget or refund my money back. I enclosed the bill receipts and guarantee cards for your reference.

I look forward for your reply to solve my problem till 14th Aug 2010. Else I will be seeking help from Customer Protection Bureau.
