Dear John

The intent of this letter is the legal confirmation that I, V. Samuel s/o V. Aaron Has given my house to you, B. John s/o B. Tom for rent for a period of 1 year.

As per the legal bond you can stay in my house for 1 year and it is a compulsion that you have to pay all the years rent even though you don’t use the space. As per the bond, for any damage of the property you will be held responsible and you will have to pay for it. The rent for a month is Rs.10000 and along with that six month advance should be deposited like a safety amount.

The renewal of the contract can be done after a year if all is fine at that time. Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before signing the contract. All the rules of maintenance should be strictly implemented.

Yours sincerely

(V. Samuel)
