Property Buying Letter

Dear Sir,

I am constantly having enquires from people who want to buy the property in your immediate surrounding area. I am writing this letter to know whether you are interested to sell your property or not. If you will name the price and the terms, at which you like to sell, I should be glad to put the property on my list and I believe that I can make a sale.

It would be helpful for me if you give a good description of the property and also one or two photographs. If you list the property with me, there is no restriction that you should not be listed with any other broker. My commission is 2-1/2% same as the other brokers take in this area and I know from experience that I can give you satisfactory service.
