I, Mr Draco William, Chief Executive Officer for the Fox Star Constructions Ltd, am writing this letter to assure you that the project which has been entrusted into our hands shall be completed in the way desired by both the sides. It has been very unfortunate that rumours have started floating regarding the quality and the time period required for the dam project which we have started. After receiving the letter of concern from the ministry, I personally did the inspection and have zeroed on the conclusion that project is progressing in desired way.

I assure you of the quality and as far as the time limit is concerned the project has headed for completion before the deadline allotted to us. Rumours do float in when a project of this calibre is launched. We appreciate that the ministry is concerned. On the other hand, we assure you of desired and favourable results.
