This letter has been drafted in sheer disgust of the recent developments in our business relationship. Last consignment of the construction materials has been thoroughly not the quality which should have been provided to us. We intimated this to you and we were given the assurance that this shall not happen in the future. However, the assurance has been tarnished by the quality of the construction materials which have been provided to us this time around.

The quality of the construction materials is getting deteriorating by the every passing day and we are forced to think for other options for providing us the construction materials. We have had an excellent business relation in the past and it is for this reason that we are trying to amend these relations. However, the things are getting worse by every passing day and we request you to do something severe in this regard.
