Proposal Letter To a Friend

By | August 17, 2010

Mr. Richard Anderson,

564, Baking Towers,

Sacramento,

California,

USA.

Dear Richard,

Very warm greetings. I would like to let you know that, I am intending to offer you a partnership in my group of restaurants. As you know that I am finding it difficult to manage the chain of restaurants which I own, of late I have been thinking to run them with the help of a trusted friend and a skilled manager like you. It’s been 15 years that I have known you, and I pretty well know your management ability, so I am writing to you officially to help me and become my active business partner.

Though you are pretty well aware of my businesses, still I would like to give you some facts. I have 6 restaurants in the state of California, located in Santa Ana, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento and Berkeley. The annual turn over is around 10 million. Attached with this letter are other details. Hoping to make you, my partner.  Once you decide we can go for formal proceedings.

Thanking you.

Yours truly,

John Kelly,

Managing director,

Kelly group of restaurants.
