The body of the letter must be written here after mentioning the name of the person who is to be addressed. The main motive of the letter must be written in the first paragraph. After mentioning the reason for writing the letter, the next paragraph must contain a brief description about the motive and the reason for such a motive. Further, the paragraph must contain a brief description about the company that is offering various services, particularly the sales department of the company. Any aspect relating to the sales of the company is to be elaborated in the second paragraph of the letter.
