To,

Mr. Franfuk

Dear Mr Franfuk,

We have duly reviewed the performance of all the employees. The review was based on the performance of employees for the three months. With this regard, we would like to bring to your notice the following development.

We regret to inform you that the management has collectively decided to terminate your services. The reason for the same is your consistent poor performance for the past three months during which your performance was constantly reviewed. We have continuously spoken to you about the requirement to upgrade your performance and unfortunately, the agreement is that you shall be terminated from 29 July 2012.

You have not heeded to the many warning letters issued by us and have been lagging in submission of critical reports. Most importantly, you failed to submit the Monthly sales report for the month of June and we had someone else finish the report on your behalf. Despite the many warnings, your performance has continuously been on a downslide and we hereby declare that you are not fit for this position. You have forced the management to take this decision and you have yourself to blame for this. The company thanks you for the services offered by you from January 2012.

Your last working day will be 28 July 2012. We thank you for your efforts.

Sincerely,

Margan Gasil

HR Manager
