This letter is being issued to you by the disciplinary committee of the Regan and Co. Industries in which you were working as an employee for the past 2 years. You are being terminated from your services due to your misconduct with the co employees and the clients of the company.

Even after repeated notices you have not changed your behavior which has forced us to take an extreme decision to expel you from the company. Your salary due is being calculated by the accounts dept. and it will be finalized in a couple of days, after which you will be receiving a check with the due amount. Your disobedient behavior has incurred us a loss of two valuable clients for which you will have to face the punishment i.e. your conduct will be certified bad and you must be aware of the further consequence.
